One of the main reasons why the Igbo nation suffers is because some Igbo people at times fail to support their fellow Igbo brothers and sisters. If you see your Igbo sibling doing a business and you have a way of helping him make it successful, then you should support him and not bring him down. If he is selling goods, buy goods from him. If he is providing services you need, then patronize him and not take your money else where as they say charity begins at home and so you should start with your race.

No nation divided against itself can stand and that's why Igbos need other Igbos in order to survive for the long term as a race. Besides, it's easier for an Igbo person to trust another Igbo person because you share a similar culture and know their way of life. It's much harder to trust someone outside your race than someone from your own race.

When Igbo people support others like them, they grow together as one big family but when everyone lives in isolation, they tend to become enemies and less prosperous. When the right hand washes the left hand, the left hand will likewise wash the right one and that's how both of them can become clean.

When an Igbo man is running for an election and he is probably the only Igbo person in the race,. don't go against him buy voting for someone else since he is one like you and is more likely going to protect your interests.

If your fellow Igbo neighbour loses a relative, you should visit them and console them. When you see a fellow Igbo person going the wrong way, teach him the right way or a better way. Never had an unforgiving spirit towards your Igbo brother or sister just because of one bad thing they did to you in the past or because of their fraudulent nature but instead keep on trying to help them whenever you can. We all do belong to one big family and do come from the same ancestral parents.

Don't just ignore other Igbo people because they are less fortunate or less intelligent than you because if they should fail, it's because others who were better than them like you did not support them.

God did not just create a single Igbo person but he created millions and it was for a purpose which was so that they should care for one another. So, no Igbo person should be left alone to deal with issues in this life but we should all help each other in improving our lives.

Ndigbo are not as divided as our enemies paint us to be but the truth is that they are afraid of what our unity can achieve and they don't feel at peace whenever we are united. Ndibgo should support their brothers and sisters for the progress of the Igbo nation.
